Return Period
Customers may request a return within:
30 calendar days after delivery.
Eligible Returns
Products must be:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- Complete with all accessories
- Not damaged by the customer
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Customized products
- Installed security systems
- Products damaged by misuse
- Clearance items (if specified)
Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting the returned product:
- Approved refunds are issued within 5 to 10 business days.
- Refunds are sent to the original payment method used during purchase.
Return Shipping
Unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Defective Products
Customers must report damaged or defective products within 48 hours of delivery.
